Who we are

What data we collect
When you request a quote through our form we receive: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the areas you are moving from and to, the type of move, your preferred date, any details you write, and the language of the page.
When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation.
For security, our server temporarily processes your IP address to limit repeated submissions (rate limiting). It is stored only as a one-way hash and deleted automatically after one hour. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical server logs.
Why we use it (legal basis)
To answer your request and prepare a quote, and, if you book, to carry out the move: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To protect the form against spam and abuse: our legitimate interest in keeping our systems secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell it.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Our quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. When you interact with the form, Turnstile loads from Cloudflare, Inc. and processes technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics. It does not use your data for advertising. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Who receives your data
Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, which processes data on our behalf as a processor. Messages sent via WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. We do not share your data with anyone else, unless required by law.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may store strictly necessary technical data in your browser only when you use the quote form.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to answer them and, if you book, for the duration of the job and any legal retention periods (for example tax and accounting records).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email us at info@pafitmoving.com. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
