Apartments, lifts and parking
Many moves in Cyprus are from or to apartment buildings. Tell us the floor, whether there is a lift and how large it is, and whether the truck can park close to the entrance. If the building has a management committee, it is worth letting them know the date so that the lift and entrance are free.
Tips for a smoother move
- Book 3–7 days in advance if you can, especially at the end of the month
- Keep documents, medicines, chargers and keys with you, not in the truck
- Empty and defrost the fridge the day before
- Label boxes with the room they are going to
